Mobile Hard-Drive Data Erasure

GDD Mobile IT Lab arrives at location and performs hard-drive erasure, ensuring data is completely wiped before equipment ever leaves site. Our bonded and certified technician powers up each item and performs a 3, 4 or 7-pass DOD overwrite (depending upon security requirements). A Certificate of Destruction is provided, confirming data has been removed. Up to 400 pieces of equipment can be wiped per day.

Asset Transport & Logistics

Our experienced team can provide removal, packing and transportation of any IT equipment to any location within the US and Canada. After Data Scrubbing is performed, GDD can transport equipment back to leasing company or relocate it to any office or personnel.

EPA-Approved Recycling

Our national EPA-Compliant, Non-Landfill Recycling Program is the most effective and environmentally safe way to dispose of obsolete or end-of-life computers.

Media Shredding

Absolute destruction services can be performed off site for all types of hard drives or media tapes. This service can be customized to meet any security requirements.

Asset Audit & Reporting

At site, GDD provides a live, real-time Asset Audit and Report detailing each piece of IT equipment. In addition, GDD can remove any physical tags from assets eliminating visible identity.

Community Service

Understanding a growing need for personal protection against Identity Theft and computer recycling, GDD offers community and fund raising events for towns, schools or local organizations. Our Mobile IT Truck spends a day at a local site allowing residents to destroy personal hard drives and computer equipment for a fee, a percentage of which is donated back to local organization.
