Guardian Data Destruction Comes Together For Team-Building Event

On Saturday July 13th the Guardian team came together for a Company-Wide Meeting and Team Building Event which took place at The Meadowlands Racetrack in Rutherford, NJ.  The time spent here focused on updating procedures and processes, reviewing the progress that’s been made over the past year, as well as where the company is headed in the future. Every one of our team members was acknowledged for their undeniable efforts and for their critical role in the growth of Guardian. The entire team was recognized for their personal development and continued growth.  Additionally, there was time to introduce and welcome new team members as well as get to know existing ones just a little more by filling out a survey of 30 items that are most important and motivating in the work place, ranking the top 5 most important. The popular pick for a majority of the company was the “flexibility to arrange your work schedule to accommodate work/life issues,” and with Guardian, that’s exactly what you’ll get.

Following the meeting, everyone who was able to stayed and enjoyed drinks, BBQ, and horse racing. Friends and family of employees also joined in on the post-meeting fun. Furthermore, there was a little friendly competition within the company for the top 3 with the most winnings from the races. Those top 3 win a special price from Guardian.

Congrats to the lucky winners of the night:

First Place | Gary Shilkaitis | $41.40

Second Place | Rachel Lau | $40.60

Third Place | Alissa Ciccone | $33
